Ritualization of subordination- All of the (male) characters are above Black Widow on the movie poster. It could be argued that Nick Fury and Black Widow are basically at the same height on the poster.

Note: It’s interesting that none of the characters make eye contact with the viewer because the last three posts there has always been at least one. It’s also quite absurd that out of all the male characters on the poster that Black Widow is still visually under all of them.
