Mike Peckham has worked in Residential Education and Housing (REH) at St. Norbert College since fall of 1988. Some of his responsibilities include facilitating housing processes which includes room assignments, hall opening and closing, summer conferences, REH planning for summer orientation and the REH liaison to the campus facilities staff.  Over his time at St. Norbert he has been involved with many diversity committees and initiatives.  During the past decades he has served on different versions of the Committee for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and the Martin Luther King planning committee.  He also has worked on projects in support of international students.  Currently he is working on a Respect Initiative for the St. Norbert College community.
