The breaking of stereotypes in this episode start off with Jesse having a bully in her class and she happens to be a girl. The fact that the bully is a girl is not breaking the main stereotype but the way she bullies kids by using technology to make videos online and the fact that she built a robot for the science fair. This shows young girls achieving in the STEM fields which breaks stereotypes of girls not being nurturing and focusing on home life and her family. In this episode Nick gets broken up with by his girlfriend Julia. Throughout the episode we see Nick break down and get more and more upset about the breakup. He is seen crying and curled up in bed. This is breaking the stereotype of men being strong with no emotions.
