During this episode, Michael, Jan, Angela, Andy, Jim, Pam, Dwight, and his old babysitter are having a dinner party at Jan and Michael’s. We see that Michael is domesticated here in this episode and is truly playing the role of a husband rather than a boss. (Jan and Michael are not married, he is just acting like a husband).

Masculine Traits- 

  • On the flip side, there is reason to believe that he made the assignment up to invite everybody to his house.
  • Michael offers the opportunity to invest in Jan’s company to Jim and Andy.
  • Because Jan made a remark about Michael not dipping his food in his wine, Michael got angry and put up his beer sign than Jan hated and wanted him to take it down.
  • Michael insults Jan’s O dollar a year income.

Feminine Traits- 

  • Michael cancels the “overtime work” that corporate assigns late on a Friday so his employees can go enjoy their weekend.
  • Michael is very supportive in the beginning of the episode of Jan’s candle hobby.
  • Michael offers help to Pam in the house if she ever needs it.
  • When Pam is cold, Michael giver her his jacket off of his back.
  • It is revealed that Michael had 3 vasectomy’s because Jan wanted him to.
