In the episode of How I Met Your the main topic is yet again Barney trying to nail a bunch of women and that is already objectifying itself. In the episode the gang celebrate Barney’s success with women by singing songs or making up elaborate jokes. However one of the friends and Barney’s recent ex Robin is actually becoming emotionally distress about Barney bragging about it. Robin becomes so upset with Barney that she makes a women named Anetta who she hosted and she talked about a book she wrote on how to control women. She takes on the task of making Barney work for her. However by the end of the episode Barney and Robin reconcile. The Gaze Theory is seen in the character Anetta who is constantly abusing the sex appeal that women have to get what they want and it is played by no other Jennifer Lopez who already has a sex appeal in mainstream media.
