In this episode of How I Met Your Mother the episode is about the notion of finding someone on Valentines Day. In the show Barney puts his number on a sign and is seen on television at the Super Bowl were he meets a number of women calling his phone to hookup. He goes through a number of women basing there attractiveness off of their professions and hobbies such as female bull rider or Japanese figure skater with the last one just being hot girl. All these girls are wearing provocative clothing and objectified in a number of ways were including their race or in one instance their flexibility. This relates to the Male Gaze because all these women appear in the show to be objects of pleasure or sex and that is their only role in the show.
