Chip has to face the honor board at school after receiving a sext that a senior player sent out to the whole lax team. Mickey tries to convince him not to snitch on the rest of the guys. Once Chip realizes the picture he received was a picture of his sister, him and Sabrina both decide to snitch because of how disgusted they are both feeling.

Masculine Qualities:

  • Defends own beliefs
    • “snitches get stitches” and “you snitch you die”
  • Willing to take a stand
    • She shows up at Chip’s school and sits on the principles car until he comes out to speak with her. She, then, rudely argues with him about letting Chip off the hook

Feminine Qualities:

  • Loyal
    • Mickey goes in with Chip for his hearing

Mickey was also subjected to gaze by men: she stood up to talk for chip and the men in the audience all appeared “in awe” of her and were attracted to her for speaking passionately and intensely (even though she was slightly drunk so the speech she gave was very confusing)

In S1E8 of The Mick, Mickey is more masculine than feminine, so she is portrayed as not stereotypical.
