My first impression when looking at Nicki Minaj’s feed is that it is similar to Katy Perry and Khloe Kardashian’s in the sense that they all have bright girly colors. In Nicki’s bio her name is Barbie. This obviously is enforcing the stereotype about women. Her latest posts feature her with pink hair, however she rotates colors frequently. In addition, she also poses in sexy outfits that show off her assets. Although, this may be seen as feminine, Nicki likes to own her sexuality and her new song WAP is proof of that. Because of how she talks about her sex life, that could be seen as masculine. Nicki Minaj’s page is feminine because of her appearance, however she radiates a “I do whatever I want” vibe as well.
