Licensed withdrawal: Dr. Strange is makes a direct piercing stare at the viewer
The Doctor Strange movie poster is quite uncharacteristic in comparison to Marvel’s other movie posters thus far. He is the only individual on the poster so there is no opportunity for analyzing gendered displays. I still include it though because of it’s uniqueness as well as following my methodology of incorporating all introductory superhero movie posters and Avengers movies followed by sequels if content is needed by the end of this project.
