This movie poster is from the second Avengers movie, Age of Ultron. Please note: I’m analyzing all of the first release films and all Avengers movies first, and if more content is needed I will circle back to the sequel movies.
Relative Size- Black Widow and Scarlet Witch are noticeably smaller than many of the male characters like Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, and Thor. They are relatively close in size though slightly smaller than Nick Fury and Hawkeye while being bigger than Quicksilver and Vision.
Feminine Touch- Not present
Function Ranking- Not present
The family- Not present
Ritualization of subordination- Scarlet Witch is in the top right hand corner of the poster which is technically above other characters while still below Quicksilver and Vision. Otherwise Black Widow is once again under all of the male characters except Nick Fury.
Licensed withdrawal- The only one that could be argued to maintain direct eye contact is Nick Fury as he appears to be looking at the viewer, but it’s my personal opinion that he is looking “above the viewer” which would not be direct eye contact
