This week was a week of trial and error and accomplishments.
The first thing I finished this week was the Interactive Grid. I added and confirmed all of the videos as well as made a new upgrade. Through a few hours of trial and error and many lines of CSS and HTML, the grid now features rollovers. After that, I added the grid to the Full Spectrum Learning Site for the first time. You can see them in action here:
The next project for the week was creating a visual for different data that we have from professors around the campus. The idea is that a form will be filled out by professors and then the visualization will be able to represent current data from the college courses. The more professors that place themselves in a certain intersection, the larger the bubble will grow. Here is how the sheet looks now:
I will try to continue to work with both grids to help them look the most visually appealing and have the most accurate data. We will also start our next round of filming new professors soon. Overall, it was a productive week and I really enjoying getting to the back end of coding and helping the two different grids to work.
