The biographical statement must be included in your process portfolio. Below is a description of the assignment.<br \/>\nBiography Description<br \/>\nTo help you prepare for your final portfolio, you need team up with someone in the class, preferably those who have read your work throughout the semester via peer review. You will write an introductory biography of your classmate, which will be included in the final portfolio at the end of the semester; the biographical sketch will be the &#8220;introduction&#8221; to your portfolio. Each sketch will have three parts:<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0Part 1<\/strong>: brief biographical sketch of the person<br \/>\n\u2022where born and raised<br \/>\n\u2022overview of life until college<br \/>\n\u2022important &#8220;markers&#8221; in the person&#8217;s life<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Part 2<\/strong>: brief biographical sketch of the person in college<br \/>\n\u2022majors, minors, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022other activities in college\u2014academic and social<br \/>\n\u2022intentions for the future<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Part 3<\/strong>: overview of portfolio&#8217;s contents<br \/>\n\u2022provide brief overview of each essay\u2014interview person and read essays for ideas<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Parameters<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Length: entire biographical sketch should be around 2-3 typed pages<br \/>\n\u2022Sign your name to the bio you wrote.<br \/>\n\u2022Biographical essays need to be well-written with lots of personality. Humor acceptable, as long as you respect the writer and content of the portfolio.
